BIO: Jeff STARGAZY Sheen Since 2009 I have been creating innovative games, operating as an agile and independent micro studio. I perform all game development duties at STARGAZY, including design, programming, and business management. Starting out as a freelance games programmer, I have worked on hit games like Prison Architect. I now undertake lead programmer and designer roles, having most recently released Democracy 4. STARGAZY is currently creating its first self-published title, a roguelike strategy game and developing cutting edge procedural generation tools.
