The Creative Industries Cluster Hub (CICH) in Newport and Rhondda Cynon Taff (RCT) sought to address an imbalance in the spread of creative industries within the Cardiff Capital Region by fostering networks, promoting collaboration, creating career opportunities, and enhancing visibility and connectivity. The projects have raised the profile of arts collaborations in both local authorities, helped to break down silos, and shaped future policy and support.
